Baby Q patiently waiting to join the festivities.
Trader Joe’s Pizza Dough works best. Here Joyce is preparing the dough.
Prepare mushrooms, peppers, and other veggies.
Roll the dough fairly thin. The grill bakes a little differently than an oven.
Apply the pizza sauce. We are camping so we (Joyce actually) aren’t going to make sauce from scratch. Trader Joe’s sauce works well.
Spread the sauce.
Sprinkle lots of Parmesan Cheese.
Add the vegtables.
You remembered to cook and prepare some Italian Sausage a head of time. Now is the time to add it to the pizza.
Any self respecting pizza has Pepperoni!
Smother it with Mozzarella.
Pre-heat the Baby Q to 450 F.
Place the Pizza in the Baby Q. Because of the pan, the temperature will drop to about 300-350 F (depending where you are camping). Bake it for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese starts to bubble. Since you made the dough very thin, it is now perfect.

Bon appetite
